Carol we spoke earlier this summer. Is the program still available to let us refinance if we owe more than value? owe $309,000, value is $235,000 from appraisal in feb. Maybe I should have put this question somewhere else ??

@Monica – I was kidding Monica. I have no talent – zilch, nada. Just clowning around. The ventriloquist guy that won last season signed a $20 million annual contract in Vegas. Not bad. Btw, I’ll keep in touch with any updates that be helpful for you – re: mortgages.

likewise, not sure if to comment here but supposen it doesn’t matter where since its your blog. does the fha steamline let us do it if we don’t have the equity ? we now owe more than the value
